Where your rent goes
The rent you pay to us is used to primarily maintain your home. In 2007, 44% of your rent was used on general repairs and maintenance. In addition, it goes towards manage your housing service (15%) and the services we provide to you (11%). In 2007, 24% of your rent was used on interest to repay the money borrowed to build or modernise your home.
