Welcome pack
Moving home can be difficult and stressful. MHT London have developed a pack to help make your move as comfortable as possible. The pack contains information on your new home, our responsibilities to you, what to do if things go wrong, your local community and your individual contract.
If you have recently moved into a MHT London property, you should have received your personalised pack by now. If you haven't received it yet, please contact your Neighbourhood Officer or Customer Services Officer.
