Report a repair
You can report a repair:
- ONLINE- but not emergency repairs
- by calling our customer service centre on 0800 783 2399
- in person at your local or estate-based office
- by letter to customer services.
Once you have reported a repair, our customer services officers will place an order for works with a contractor, working on our behalf.
We will:
- tell you what we intend to do
- tell you how soon we will do the repair
- send you a repair receipt and satisfaction card after the repair is complete.
Our customer service team will monitor your repair from report to completion. They will follow up any outstanding repairs where necessary and answer any of your questions.
After your repair is complete, please fill out the satisfaction card and return it to customer services. We will use this information to review our procedures and welcome any feedback.
