Repairs to your home
All leaseholders are responsible for all repairs and maintenance within their property. MHT London is responsible for repairing, redecorating and renewing the roof, foundations and main structure of the building. This includes all pipes, drains and wiring that serve more than one flat. We will also maintain shared areas including communal gardens and pathways and make sure they are well lit.
