Our policy is to respect and protect the privacy of anyone who visits the Metropolitan Housing Partnership’s websites (MHP) and those of its member organisations.

Please note that when providing us with personal details via an online form you are consenting to MHP and its associated partners processing that information.

In cases where we ask you for personal information via an online or interactive form, it will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We will only ask for information that is adequate, relevant and not excessive for that purpose and the information will only be used for that purpose.

Information will not be disclosed to third parties not associated with MHP and its member organisations. The information that you give will be kept secure and not held longer than necessary.

We use your personal data for the purposes in our Data Protection notification entry at the Information Commissioner's Office.

If you are concerned about providing your personal information online, please contact us and we will arrange alternative means for you to provide this information.

We may occasionally contact you with news or important MHT information. Please inform us if you do not want your email to be used in this way.

Data collected through use of website

We do not collect IP addresses. If implemented these would be used only for the purposes of system administration and to audit the use of our site. We would not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, which means that while your user session will be logged, you will remain anonymous to us.
