How to pay your rent and service charges

It is very important to pay your rent and/or service charges on time, in line with your tenancy or lease agreement. We rely on this income to maintain our services and carry out improvements to your homes and estates.

There are various ways to pay your rent and service charges. You can choose one that suits you. Whichever method of payment you choose, remember that you are responsible for payments.

On-line with Allpay

You can pay online securely via our partner Allpay

All you need is your own valid email address, your rent payment card and a debit or credit card.

Once on the site, you will be asked to enter your payment card number, the long 19 digit code across the centre of the card. All first time users are asked to enter and confirm a password for added security and an email address at which the cardholder can receive payment confirmation.

The payment service accepts payments from debit or credit cards, but please remember that if you pay by credit card you will probably be charged interest which could make it more difficult for you to afford future payments. When you have completed the transaction, you will receive a confirmation email with a payment reference number.

Direct Debit

Direct debitWith direct debit we automatically collect payments from your bank account once a month. You can choose one of two payment dates: the 5th or 20th of each month.

Telephone us on 0800 783 2399 or 020 8976 1000 for more information or to set up a Direct Debit mandate over the phone. Alternatively you can download one here and return it to:
