Get involved
MHT London has a range of ways for you to get involved and have the opportunity to influence services in a way and at a level which you feel is most suitable for you.
By becoming involved you can make a real difference to the area where you live. You can have a say on the way your home is managed and services are delivered, and be consulted about new policies. You will also help create a stronger sense of community and meet a lot of interesting people along the way.
Getting involved does not mean that you have to attend lots of meetings and read a lot of paperwork. Although MHP has a range of formal committees in which you can get involved, you can decide your level of involvement from a variety of different options in our Menu of Involvement. This allows you to be involved to the extent and at a level you wish and in a way that fits your lifestyle. For further information about our Menu of Involvement or for general information about MHP resident involvement, please email on ring our Resident Involvement Manager on 020 8976 1088.
Day certificate in sports leadership
Would you like to become a sports coach and get more involved in local community activities. If you are over 16 and have little or no experience in sports leadership but would like to have a go then this course could be for you. We are especially keen to get parents involved as the course can be run during the evenings and weekends.
Our first course will be held on the St. Martins Estate, Tulse Hill in July. If you are interested please contact Lekan Ojumu, our Community Development Officer on 020 8976 1092.
