Exchanging my home
In some cases we can help residents who wish to swap homes with another MHP tenant or move to properties owned by other social landlords or properties outside of MHT London's area. This is known as mutual exchange. It is a swap of accommodation between tenants and relies on each party moving permanently into their exchange partner's property.
If you wish to apply for a mutual exchange you should contact Customer Services to request a "mutual exchange application form".
