Estate inspections
We want our estates to be clean and tidy and we want you to be proud of your home and the area in which you live.
Although our neighbourhood officers regularly visit our estates to ensure that they are being maintained, we also have a quarterly programme of estate inspections which cover all aspects of communal repairs, estate management, grounds maintenance and cleaning. This is your chance to get involved and let us know what you think about the maintenance of your estate and share any views or ideas you may have about how we can help improve the area you live in.
Estate inspections are carried out by your neighbourhood officer, caretaker and surveyor. Residents and leaseholders are encouraged to attend to share any concerns. By bringing problems to the attention of our staff you are far more likely to have the issues resolved quicker or give you advice on how to resolve the problem. We may be able to take action immediately or go away with the problems and get back to you at a later date.
