North Thames

MHT North London now has over 6,500 homes in management in 16 London Boroughs as well as a range of District and Borough Councils outside London.

We provide a high quality, resident-centred management and maintenance service which is targeted at those most in need. In association with our black and minority ethnic partners we address the whole range of communities within London and elsewhere, and are proud to provide local solutions for national and regional problems.

Property management is is carried out by Neighbourhood Officers who are based in our regional offices at Chalkhill, Wembley and Edmonton Green. Larger estates have resident caretakers. Our Customer Services team, based in our main office at Alexander Place, can deal with both housing management enquiries and maintenance issues. 

Regular resident meetings on larger estates ensure we are able to respond to residents' needs and in recent years over £100,000 has been spent each year on resident priorities outside the normal maintenance programmes.

We also run a variety of community initiatives for residents. During 2005 we have worked in partnership with West Ham United FC, Haringey Warriors Basketball Club, Shaftesbury Harriers Athletics Club and the English Table Tennis Association to run events in the areas where we have properties.
